9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Website downtime caused by hosting or third-party services
- Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

Outstanding payments for completed or ongoing work remain payable upon termination.
